The history section contains several articles which started as a footnote or chapter in some other page until they grew so large that they were worth being put into an own section. Currently, you will find these items:

• The Illustrated Historic Magazine which presents some surprising ideas. However, they are not stuff for the waste paper basket, as history proved some of the principles as useful. Some inventions simply were untimely too early.
• A brief history of the screw, nuts and bolts.
• The History of Water Machines describes water wheels, pumps and a turbine to propel locomotives. This page is an additonal background information to the Recirculation Mill article in the Perpetual Motion Physics Section.
• The History of the Electrostatic Electricity and Generators is a by-product of the Perpetual Motion Physics Section. Originally, it should cover a few aspects of electrostatic generators, but as the material collection grew quite large, I eventually made an own section out of it.
• As the history of the electrostatic machines has got its place here, it seemed necessary to add The History of Electrodynamics which illustrates the long way to our modern generators. This page is under construction.
